Returns of Defective Products

Products are deemed defective if they are damaged, have lack of information on their packaging, or incorrectly delivered. In such cases, we offer free replacement, provided that:

• You notify us via email at info@goslowselections.com within 14 calendar days of delivery.
• The item is unused or proven damaged during transport and in its original packaging.
• It is accompanied by a proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

Ship the defective product back to us, and we will cover all return and reshipping costs.

If the return is not made within the specified period, we reserve the right to decline any replacement or refund.

• Orders under €39: Shipping fee €11

Europe

• Free shipping for orders over €79
• Orders under €79: Shipping fee €18

Rest of the World

• Free shipping for orders over €159
• Orders under €159: Shipping fee €35

All prices include VAT.

Custom Clearance

Please note that products delivered outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to custom clearance and relevant fees; the company cannot be held liable for any other costs that may be added to these subject to different national legislations. We cannot know in advance what these charges may be; on the contrary, the consumer is in a better position to have knowledge or be aware of them or, at least, of the possibility of their existence and, for this reason, we recommend you check this possibility before placing an order on our website. Each country has its own customs policy, so you should first contact your local customs office for further information.

We use both our own delivery fleet and courier services for order fulfillment.

Availability

All products listed on https://goslowselections.com/ show real-time availability and estimated shipping times. If an item cannot be delivered within the specified time, we will contact you to propose a new delivery date. You may choose to cancel the order and receive a full refund within 14 days, provided the refund is to a bank account in one of our partner banks.

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (e.g., strikes, extreme weather), if order delivery is not possible, we will notify you by email about the revised delivery timeline and await your confirmation before proceeding.
